Greipel attacked first, with Peter Sagan to his left and Gaviria to his right as you looked from behind the finish line. The German looked to have timed his run perfectly, but shot his bolt too early. Sagan inched in front of him, but it was the Colombian 23-year-old who was in first place when it mattered.
